Inchcape plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with DTR5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Inchcape plc's capital consists of 460,368,388 ordinary shares with voting rights.  Inchcape plc holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Inchcape plc is 457,680,828.

The above figure (457,680,828) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Inchcape plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
