Annual Report and Accounts 2014 and Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting

Inchcape plc, the leading premium automotive group, announces that a copy of each of the above documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Copies of the documents will also be available to view on the Company's website www.inchcape.com.  Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2014 have been posted to those shareholders who have requested it.

At the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2015 it is proposed that Inchcape plc's Articles of Association be amended with effect from the conclusion of the meeting.  The amendments are

primarily to reflect developments to the Companies Act 2006 (and related secondary legislation), UK Corporate Governance Code, Listing Rules, to CREST and to the Company's share capital.

Other changes are also proposed which are of a minor, technical or clarifying nature. A summary of the principal changes proposed are set out in the explanatory notes to the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the revised Articles of Association are available for inspection at Inchcape plc's registered office at 22a St James's Square, London, SW1Y 5LP on Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) during normal working hours.
