Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 16 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 77,800 ordinary shares at an average price of 606.0736 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 452,322,443 ordinary shares in issue.
