Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 12 September 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,200 ordinary shares at an average price of 677.5912   pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 454,028,643 ordinary shares in issue.
