Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 09 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 35,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 838.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 821.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 444,177,956 ordinary shares in issue.
