Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 04 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 66,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 752.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 739.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 445,648,121 ordinary shares in issue.
