Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 8 December  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 93,900 ordinary shares at an average price of 722.0446 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 449,595,951 ordinary shares in issue.
