Directorate change

Inchcape plc announces that Jane Kingston will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 25 July 2018 and will join the Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee upon appointment.

Jane has extensive international executive reward and HR experience having previously been the Group HR Director of Compass Group plc from 2006 to 2016 and BPB plc prior to 2006.

Jane is currently a non-executive director of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc and National Express Group PLC.

Chairman, Nigel Stein said:

"We are delighted to welcome Jane to the Inchcape Board.  She brings complementary skills, including considerable international remuneration experience gained in both her executive and non-executive roles.  Jane will be a valuable addition to the Inchcape Board as our growth in faster growing emerging markets continues."

There is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 relating to the appointment to the Board of Jane Kingston.
