Directorate change

Inchcape plc ('Inchcape' or the 'Group'), a leading global automotive distributor and retailer, today announces that Will Samuel will step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from the end of the Group's Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2013.

Will has been the Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Inchcape plc since 2005 and during this time was member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.   Simon Borrows, who joined as a Non-Executive Director in 2010, will replace Will as Inchcape's Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.
