To comply with the law and applicable regulations, Inapa – Investimentos, Participações e Gestão, SA ("Inapa") informs that the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has decided to cease the functions of the director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Álvaro João Duarte Pinto Correia, due to incidental disability, following article 401 of the Commercial Company Act.
The Board of Directors has decided to submit to the next General meeting the election of a director in substitution of Mr. Álvaro João Duarte Pinto Correia and the election of a Chaiman of the Board of Directors.
