We refer to the prospectus supplement of IMV Inc. (the “Corporation”) dated July 15, 2021, (together with the short form base shelf prospectus dated June 26, 2020, as amended October 15, 2020) relating to the offer and issue of units of the Corporation (the “Prospectus”).
