Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 14, 2021, Celsion Corporation issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On May 7, 2021, Celsion Corporation announced it would hold a conference call on May 14, 2021 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 and provide a business update. The conference call will also be broadcast live on the internet at http://www.celsion.com .
