Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 30, 2016, Celsion Corporation issued a press release reporting its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On March 23, 2016, Celsion Corporation announced it would hold a conference call on March 30, 2016 to discuss its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2015 and provide a business update. The conference call will also be broadcast live on the internet at http://www.celsion.com .
