Sydney, Australia, 18 November 2020 : Imugene Limited (ASX: IMU), a clinical stage immunooncology company wishes to advise of the upcoming release of ordinary shares from escrow.

In accordance with ASX listing rule 3.10A, Imugene Limited advises that 105,955,065 ordinary fully paid shares will be released from escrow on 27 November 2020.
