Imugene Limited ACN 009 179 551 (ASX: IMU) ( Imugene ) refers to the issue of 83,333,334 ordinary fully paid shares (Shares) at an issue price of $0.015 per Share pursuant to the partial underwriting of IMUO Options which expired on 31 March 2017.

Imugene has issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under section 708A(5) Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

As required by section 708A(6) Corporations Act, Imugene advises:

• 1 the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;;

• 2 this notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;;

• 3 at the date of this notice, Imugene has complied with:

  • (a) the provisions of chapter 2M Corporations Act as they apply to Imugene;; and

  • (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act;; and

• 4 as at the date of this notice, there is no ‘excluded information’ (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) Corporations Act) to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) Corporations Act.
