Bonus options issue – option holders’ eligibility

Dear Option holder

On Friday, 23 October 2015, Imugene Limited ( Imugene ) released a prospectus to the ASX for the issue of bonus loyalty options ( Bonus Options ) to all eligible shareholders, which will entitle eligible shareholders to receive, for nil consideration, 2 options for every 15 shares in the company.

Each option entitles the holder to subscribe for an ordinary share in the company at 1.5 cents per share, on the same terms as the options to be issued to participants in Imugene’s placement as announced to the ASX on Tuesday, 8 September 2015.

Investors who hold existing options, but not shares in Imugene, will only be eligible to receive the Bonus Options if some or all of their options are exercised before 7.00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 30 October 2015 ( Record Date ), and they are recorded on the share register as shareholders as of that time.
