Addendum to Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Sydney, Australia, 27 May 2025: Imugene Limited (ASX:IMU) (Imugene or the Company ) gives notice to shareholders of amendments to the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting released today to the ASX ( Notice ) and accompanying explanatory memorandum ( Explanatory Memorandum ) for its upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held at 9.00am (Sydney time) on 26 June 2025 at McCullough Robertson, Level 32, 25 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000. The meeting will also be conducted online by Zoom conference.

This Addendum to the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ( Addendum ) is supplemental to the original Notice and Explanatory Memorandum and should be read together with the Notice and Explanatory Memorandum. To the extent of any inconsistency, this Addendum will prevail over the original Notice and Explanatory Memorandum.

Definitions in the Notice have the same meaning in this Addendum unless otherwise updated in this Addendum.

The changes to the Notice as outlined in this Addendum are as follows:

• Page 5 of the Notice - Shareholders with any queries, including how to cast your votes, should contact the Company’s Share registry on 1300 288 664 (within Australia) or +61 2 9698 5414 (outside Australia) during business hours.

• Page 7 of the Explanatory Memorandum Resolution 1 – For security code IMUAAK, the correct pre-consolidation exercise price is $0.24 and the correct postconsolidation exercise price is $8.16 .
