– Section 708A(5)(e) disclosure notice Issue of Ordinary Shares
Imugene Limited (ASX: IMU) (Imugene or the Company) has issued 1,736,111 fully paid ordinary shares to CVI Investment Inc. following the conversion of 5 x zero coupon convertible notes detailed in the Appendix 2A released today (Securities).
Details of the securities issued are as follows:

The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 Cth ( Corporations Act ) that:

the above securities have been issued without disclosure to investors under part 6D.2 Corporations Act;

this notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act and in accordance with section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act;

at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

b. sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

at the date of this notice, there is no information required to be disclosed by the Company which is ‘excluded information’ (as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act).
