Imugene Receives $5.8m R&D Tax Refund

Sydney, Australia, 4 July 2025: Imugene Limited (ASX: IMU), a clinical-stage immunooncology company, is pleased to announce it has received its research and development (R&D) tax refund for the 2024 financial year, totalling A$5,872,248, including $84,990 interest.

The refund is received as part of the Australian Government’s R&D tax incentive, which provides companies engaging in appropriate and eligible activities with a refundable tax offset of up to 48.5%. The refund received by Imugene will enable the further clinical development of its immuno-oncology pipeline.
