Imugene Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Imugene Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 7 June 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Imugene Limited ACN 009 179 551 (ASX: IMU) ( Imugene ) today voluntarily requested a trading halt of its securities immediately pending an announcement about a material acquisition and associated capital raising.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Imugene provides the following information:

• (a) Imugene requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 7 June 2018 or when Imugene makes an announcement to the market and requests that the trading halt be lifted.

• (b) Imugene is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
