Imugene announces bonus options issue

The Board of Imugene Limited (ASX: IMU) ( Imugene ) confirms that it intends to issue bonus loyalty options to all eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, as originally announced in Imugene’s ASX announcement dated Tuesday, 8 September 2015, of a successful capital raising, through $3m in placement commitments to sophisticated investors.

It is currently intended that all eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand on the company register of shareholders as at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 30 October 2015 will be granted, for nil consideration, 2 options for every 15 shares in the company. New shares issued under the aforementioned placement, are ineligible to participate in this bonus options issue. The option will be to subscribe for an ordinary share in the company at 1.5 cents per share, on the same terms as the options to be issued to participants in the placement. All options are intended to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

A prospectus for the options will be sent to eligible shareholders. The indicative timetable is as follows:
