On-Sale Cleansing Notice – Issue of Placement Shares

On 12 November 2014, Imugene Limited ACN 009 179 551 (ASX: IMU) ( Imugene ) issued 210 million fully paid ordinary shares at a price of $0.01 to raise $2.10 million ( Shares ) by way of a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors ( Placement ), as outlined in Imugene’s announcement dated Wednesday, 5 November 2014.

Imugene has issued the shares without disclosure to investors under section 708A(5) Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

  • (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act;

• 4 as at the date of this notice, there is no ‘excluded information’ (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) Corporations Act).
