Share Purchase Plan – Extension of Closing Date to Friday 5[th] December 2014

Imugene Limited ACN 009 179 551 (ASX: IMU) ( Imugene ) advises that the closing date of the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (SPP) has been extended by one week to 5:00 AEDT on Friday, 5 December 2014. Accordingly, all subsequent associated dates have also been extended.

The SPP closing date has been extended to provide eligible shareholders with further time to consider their participation in the SPP.

The SPP provides eligible shareholders with the opportunity to subscribe for between $1,000 and $15,000 worth of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) at an issue price of $0.01 per Share without brokerage cost.

The revised timetable for the SPP is as follows:

Record Date	Monday, 3 November 2014 at 7:00pm (Melbournetime)
Opening Date	Friday, 7 November 2014
Closing Date	Friday, 5 December 2014 at 5:00pm (Melbournetime)
Allotment Date	Monday, 15 December 2014
Holding Statement Dispatch Date	Tuesday, 16 December 2014
Quotation Date	Wednesday, 17 December 2014
