Final share purchase plan allotment

Imugene Limited ACN 009 179 551 (ASX: IMU) ( Company ) is pleased to announce completion of the issue of shares under the Company’s share purchase plan (SPP) that closed on Friday, 5 December 2014.
The SPP raised $833,500 from the issue of 83,350,000 shares at $0.01 per share.
The Board of Imugene thanks those investors who participated in the SPP for their ongoing support of the Company and looks forward to updating the market with further developments.
