OPTIONS GRANTED PURSUANT TO PROSPECTUS
Imugene advises that, pursuant to the Prospectus lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") and the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") on February 24, 2005, the offer to grant up to 250,000 options exercisable at \$0.50 on or before 31 January 2007 has been closed fully subscribed. The options have been granted to Imugene's Chief Scientific Officer, Dr Michael Sheppard.
