CHANGE IN JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Imugene Limited (ASX: IMU) advises that Justyn Stedwell has resigned as Joint Company Secretary effective today. Justyn was appointed to the role in July 2012 and the Board thanks him for his services and wish him well for his future endeavours.

Nathan Jong has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary effective as of today alongside Phillip Hains. Nathan is a qualified chartered accountant with over ten years of experience in providing finance and corporate compliance advisory services to a range of businesses including multinational ASX and NASDAQ listed companies.
