Resignation of Director

Melbourne, Australia, 31 October 2016:

Imugene Limited (ASX:IMU) today received and accepted the resignation from Dr Anton Uvarov as Non-executive Director.

Accordingly, Annual General Meeting Resolution 3 – Election of Dr Anton Uvarov will not be considered at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board thanks Dr Uvarov for his contribution and wishes him every success in his future activities.
