Non-Executive Director Resignation

The Board of Imugene has today received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Otto Buttula as a NonExecutive Director of the company, effective 15 January 2016 after 18 months of service. Mr. Buttula expressed an interest in returning to more hands on executive duties in 2016, necessitating this decision. Mr. Buttula also confirmed that he intends to remain a major shareholder within the Company.

Imugene’s Chairman, Mr. Paul Hopper, expressed his appreciation for Mr Buttula’s contribution not only as a Board member, but also as a strong support of the Company as a major shareholder, and wished him every success with his future activities.
