In view of the news reported in the media, Impresa informs that it has been notified by its majority shareholder that it is in contact, on an exclusivity basis, with the MFE group in order to evaluate potential corporate transactions for the acquisition of a relevant participation in Impresa, although there is currently no binding agreement between the shareholder and MFE to that effect.

Should any inside information arise, it will be disclosed to the market in accordance with Article 29-Q of the Securities Code and Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 16 April 2014, as amended.
