PRIVILEGED INFORMATION

For the purposes of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Article 248-A of the Securities Code, IMPRESA – Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A. ("Impresa") informs the following:

Impresa is in advanced negotiations with BPI Gestão de Ativos – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo S.A., representing the BPI Imofomento – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Aberto ("Fund"), for the sale of its headquarters building. This property is owned by its subsidiary Impresa Office & Service Share – Gestão de Imóveis e Serviços, S.A. (Edifício Impresa, located at Rua Calvet de Magalhães, 242, Paço de Arcos) and it will be leased back after the sale.

As part of this potential transaction, the Fund intends to acquire the Edifício Impresa for a total aggregate amount of EUR 37,000,000.00, divided into two tranches: the first tranche of EUR 25,000,000 to be paid at the time of the property's sale, and the second tranche of EUR 12,000,000.00 to be paid 48 months after the date of such sale.

Impresa also informs that this transaction is part of an ongoing negotiation process and its completion is dependent on the finalization of the documents that will formalize the sale. The transaction is expected to be concluded in the first half of July.

If completed, this transaction will entail the early repayment of a loan that currently amounts to approximately EUR 14,900,000, secured by a guarantee over the aforementioned building.
