PRIVILEGED INFORMATION

For the purposes of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and of Article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Code, and within the scope of the process described in the notices issued on January 4, 2021 and February 14, 2021 regarding the proposed sale of 222,000 shares, representing 33.33% of the share capital of Vasp - Distribuidora de Publicações, S.A. ("Vasp"), IMPRESA - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A. informs that it has concluded on this date the transmission:

• (i) to Páginas Civilizadas, Lda. of 111,000 shares, representing 16.66666666667% of Vasp's share capital, for the price of EUR 1,050,000 (one million and fifty thousand euros); and
• (ii) to Cofina Media, S.A. of 111,000 shares, representing 16.6666666666667% of Vasp's share capital, for the price of EUR 1,050,000 (one million and fifty thousand euros).

This sale was made within the scope of the implementation of the Strategic Plan for the threeyear period 2020-2022, and the repositioning of IMPRESA's activity, focusing primarily on the audiovisual and digital components.

The agreed disposal value is EUR 2.1 million. As a result of this amount, which was already known at the closing date of the 2020 accounts, IMPRESA incurred losses, and consequently recorded impairments in the 2020 accounts in the amount of EUR 208,855, as indicated in notes 25 and 28 of the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2020, included in the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts.
