PRIVILEGED INFORMATION CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
IMPRESA – Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A. ("IMPRESA"), pursuant to Article 6 of CMVM Regulation No. 1/2023 and Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, informs that on the present date director António Mota de Sousa Horta Osório has tendered his resignation as board member of IMPRESA, and the Board of IMPRESA has accepted that resignation with effect from 31 October 2024 and has appointed today, through co-optation, pursuant to article 393º, nº 3 b) of the Portuguese Companies Code, Pedro Simões de Almeida Bissaia Barreto as new director and vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of IMPRESA, effective as of November 1, 2024, for the current term of office 2023-2026.
