Imperial Pacific Limited advises that that the Record Date for determining entitlements for the forthcoming Share Purchase Plan has been amended to Friday 12 August 2016.

The date has been adjusted to reflect the actual public announcement release date of the Share Purchase Plan on Monday 15 August rather than the date of its lodgement over the weekend.
