Amended Closing Date – Share Purchase Plan

Imperial Pacific Limited advises that that the Closing Date for subscribing to the forthcoming Share Purchase Plan has been amended to Friday 21 October 2016 – rather than the earlier indicated date of 30 September 2016.

The Share Purchase Plan documents are presently being finalised and the contents are expected to be announced to the ASX within the next 48 hours. Documents will be mailed to shareholders together with the Annual Report no later than Monday 19 September 2016.

As previously advised, the Record Date was 12 August 2016 and the Securities Offer Price is 75 cents a share.
