Extension of Closing Date for Share Purchase Plan to 31 October

The Board of Imperial Pacific Limited advises that, in accordance with the terms of the Plan, it has decided formally to extend the Closing Date of the shareholder offer from Friday 21 October 2016 to 5.00pm (EDST) Monday 31 October 2016.

Some related dates set out in the Share Purchase Plan documentation also change, in particular the deferral of allotment of shares and consequent ASX listing of the securities which is now expected to take place on or about Friday 4 November 2016.
