Share Purchase Plan Finalisation

Imperial Pacific Limited advises that the Company has received and accepted eligible applications for 180,667 Shares under the Share Purchase Plan announced on 15 August, formalised on 15 September and which closed on 31 October 2016. In accordance with the terms of the Plan the Shares have been allotted at 75 Cents a share and have raised $135,500 in new equity before costs.

Accompanying this announcement is the Company’s Appendix 3B for all the shares issued under the Share Purchase Plan.

The result of the Share Purchase Plan is that Imperial Pacific Limited has enlarged the issued share capital by 6.2% to 3,087,171 Shares on issue.
