Change of Company Secretary

The Board of Imperial Pacific Limited announces that Mr Louis J Joseph has been appointed Company Secretary of the company. He replaces Mr Gordon F Furner who has stood down to reinforce his senior role in stock-broking. The change takes effect as from today.

Mr Joseph is a Commerce graduate from Australian National University in Canberra. He has been involved in businesses in both the commercial sector and in the securities industry within Australia and overseas.

Directors place on record their thanks to Mr Furner who has given nearly three years of support to the Imperial Pacific group as Company Secretary.
