NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTOR/PDMR
Recruitment Awards
On 6 July 2020, the Company's new Chief Executive Officer, Stefan Bomhard, was granted a nil-cost option award (the "Recruitment Award") over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares").
In addition, on 29 September 2020, the Company's new Chief People & Culture Officer, Alison Clarke, was granted a Recruitment Award over the Company's Shares.
The Recruitment Awards were granted in order to facilitate their recruitment and to replace certain share awards granted to them by their former employer, Inchcape plc, and which they forfeited on joining the Company.
The elements of the Recruitment Awards, with an expected Vesting Date of 10 April 2021, vested in part on 12 April 2021 as detailed below.
