BOARD UPDATE

Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") today announces that after nearly six years of Board service, Simon Langelier, Non-Executive Director, has decided that he will not stand for re-election at the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). He will therefore step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM scheduled to be held on 1 February 2023.

Chair Therese Esperdy said "I would like to thank Simon for his significant contribution to the Board and its Committees during his tenure. His engagement and commitment to all elements of his role on the Board have always been hugely appreciated. We wish him well in his future endeavours."
