BOARD UPDATE

Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") today announces that after six years of Board service, Steven Stanbrook, Non-executive Director, has decided that he will not stand for re-election at the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). He will therefore step down from the Board at the conclusion the AGM scheduled to be held on 2 February 2022.

Chair Therese Esperdy said "I would like to thank Steven for his significant contribution to the Board and its Committees over the past six years, as well as in his role as the Workforce Engagement Director, which he undertook with his customary vigour.  We wish him well in his future endeavours".
