CONFIRMATION OF BOARD APPOINTMENTS

Further to the announcement of 31 August 2021, Imperial Brands PLC confirms that Ngozi Edozien and Diane de Saint Victor joined the Board as Non-Executive Directors on 15 November 2021.

Ngozi will join the Audit Committee, and Diane will join the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 15 November 2021. There are no other changes to Committee memberships.

Ngozi is a Non-Executive Director of Guinness Nigeria PLC, Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC and Barloworld Limited, and was a Non-Executive Director of PZ Cussons PLC until September 2017.

Diane is a Non-Executive Director of Transocean Limited and Natixis S.A., which de-listed in July 2021. Diane was a Director of ABB India Ltd until July 2020 and was a Non-Executive Director of Altran Technologies S.A. until April 2020 and Barclays plc until May 2017.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11. Other than their non-executive roles mentioned above, there are no further details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 in connection with their appointments.
