COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT For immediate release

Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

ImpediMed Limited (ABN 65 089 705 144) (ASX: IPD) ( ImpediMed or the Company ) has today issued 44,062,855 new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( New Shares ) to sophisticated and professional investors, at an issue price of A$0.95 per New Share. These New Shares comprise Tranche 1 of the Placement detailed in the announcement to ASX on 9 February 2016.

ImpediMed gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that:

• 1 The New Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

• 2 This notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

• 3 As at the date of this notice, ImpediMed has complied with:

  • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to ImpediMed; and

  • (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

• 4 As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act that is required to be disclosed by the Company under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
