ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – Issuance and Forfeiture of Options

Brisbane, Australia - ImpediMed Limited (ASX: IPD) (the “Company”) issues a 3B to report the 7,252,561 options granted, and previously disclosed to the market. Additionally, to report an additional 760,182 options have expired or been cancelled.

The cancellation or expiration of certain options (unquoted) with varying expiration dates under the Employee Stock Option Plans and the CEO Option Plan are as follows:-

  • 153,333 with an exercise price of A$0.6000

  • 83,332 with an exercise price of A$0.8830;

  • 40,000 with an exercise price of A$0.6977;

  • 20,000 with an exercise price of A$0.6652;

  • 182,350 with an exercise price of A$0.7616;

  • 15,000 with an exercise price of A$0.6418;

  • 236,167 with an exercise price of A$0.4618; and

  • 30,000 with an exercise price of A$0.5118.

The resulting issued Share and Option structure upon grant and cancellation of the options detailed above is as follows:

Quotation agreement

  • 1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX’s absolute discretion. ASX may quote the[+] securities on any conditions it decides.

  • 2 We warrant the following to ASX.

  • The issue of the[+] securities to be quoted complies with the law and is not for an illegal purpose.

  • There is no reason why those[+] securities should not be granted +quotation.

  • An offer of the[+] securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the Corporations Act.
