APPENDIX 3B - Issue of Options

ImpediMed Limited (ASX: IPD) provides herewith an Appendix 3B for the following:

  • Issue of 1,376,000 Options (unquoted) under Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) with an exercise price of A$0.48; expiring in three tranches:

  • 458,667 expiring 30 June 2017;

  • 458,667 expiring 30 June 2018; and

  • 458,666 expiring 30 June 2019.

  • Issue of 30,000 Options (unquoted) under Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) with an exercise price of A$0.60; expiring in three tranches:

  • 10,000 expiring 30 June 2017;

  • 10,000 expiring 30 June 2018; and

  • 10,000 expiring 30 June 2019.

  • Issue of 712,500 Options (unquoted) under ESOP with an exercise price of A$0.48; expiring in three tranches:

  • 237,500 expiring 31 December 2016;

  • 237,500 expiring 31 December 2017; and

  • 237,500 expiring 31 December 2018.

  • Issue of 15,000 Options (unquoted) under ESOP with an exercise price of A$0.60; expiring in three tranches:

  • 5,000 expiring 31 December 2016;

  • 5,000 expiring 31 December 2017; and

  • 5,000 expiring 31 December 2018.

  • Issue of 1,200,000 Options (unquoted) under ESOP with an exercise price of A$0.47; expiring in two tranches: o 600,000 expiring 31 December 2016; and o 600,000 expiring 30 June 2017.

  • Expiration of certain Options, totally 366,667, (unquoted) under ESOP as follows: o 133,334 with an exercise price of A$0.8512;

  • 200,000 with an exercise price of A$0.6972;

  • 25,000 with an exercise price of A$0.7798; and

  • 8,333 with an exercise price of A$0.66.

  • Cancellation of certain Options, totally 36,442 (unquoted) under ESOP as follows: o 19,775 with an exercise price of A$0.7798; and

  • 16,667 with an exercise price of A$0.6600.
