ASX RELEASE

Release of shares from Voluntary Escrow

ImpediMed Limited announces that further to its prospectus at section 13.3, following the expiration of 6 months from the company’s listing on 24[th] October 2007 the number of shares in the company that are escrowed will fall from 35,306,807 to 24,012,952 with the release from voluntary escrow of 11,293,855 ordinary shares.

These shares will be released from escrow on 24[th] April 2008.
