IMPEDIMED LIMITED – IPDO OPTIONS EXPIRY DATE

I write further to your enquiry to the company regarding the expiry date of the IPO options which will trade under the ASX code IPDO.

The terms of the options are 5 years from the admission of the company to the ASX Official List. We confirm that in establishing this security class with the share register and recording an actual expiry date, 5 years was added to the company’s listing date of 24[th] October 2007, rather than the date the company was admitted to the official list which was yesterday 22[nd] October 2007.

We confirm that the correct date for the expiry of the IPDO options is 22[nd] October 2012.

The share register has regenerated the reports which had been released as part of the company’s pre-quotation disclosure that made reference to the erroneous date, and we provide the corrected reports herewith.

In addition the company will issue revised holding statements to all IPDO option holders noting the correct expiry date of 22[nd] October 2012.
