Listing Rule 6.22 - Options

ImpediMed Limited (the Group) today announced that effective 8 April 2010 in accordance with Listing Rule 6.22, the exercise price for the Quoted Options (IPDO) was reduced from $0.7079 per IPDO to $0.7012 per IPDO. The exercise price for each of the unquoted options outstanding as of 8 April 2010 was reduced by approximately $0.01 as detailed in the below table.

ImpediMed Limited announced that effective 2 July 2009 in accordance with Listing Rule 6.22, the exercise price for the Quoted Options (IPDO) was reduced from $0.72 per IPDO to $0.7079 per IPDO.

The exercise price for each of the unquoted options outstanding on 2 July 2009 was reduced by approximately $0.01 as detailed in the below table.

The unquoted options were issued at various dates with various exercise prices and expiration dates. The effects of these reductions on the outstanding unquoted options are summarized in the table below.
