Escrow Release – Consideration Shares for Aorora Technologies Acquisition

ImpediMed Limited today announces the pending release of the restricted shares that were escrowed when ImpediMed Limited acquired Aorora Technologies Pty Ltd.

The total number of issued restricted shares that remain in escrow for release on 31 December 2009 total 304,348 fully paid Ordinary Shares.

ImpediMed is required to advise the market 10 working days prior to the release of shares from escrow.
