Director Retirement
Brisbane, Australia and Carlsbad, Calif. - Impedimed Limited (ASX: IPD) today announces that Ms Elizabeth Gaines will retire from the Board effective Friday, 3 February 2017. Ms Gaines' retirement follows the announcement of her appointment to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Fortescue Metals Group Limited with effect from 6 February 2017.
ImpediMed Limited Chairman, Dr Cherrell Hirst thanked Ms Gaines for her contribution to IPD during her term as a Director and wished her well in the new role.
A search for a replacement Non-Executive Director will commence immediately and will be announced in due course..
