ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

IMPEDIMED CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Brisbane, Australia and Carlsbad, Calif. - ImpediMed Limited (ASX: IPD) a global provider of medical technology to measure, monitor and manage fluid status and body composition, today announced several changes to its Board of Directors.

Dr Michael Panaccio, a long-standing director, will retire from the Board of Directors, effective 8[th] August 2016.

In addition, Mr David Adams will stand down from his position as non-executive Director and member of the Nomination and Audit and Risk Management Committees, to take on an executive role with ImpediMed, as Senior Vice President of Ventures, Licensing and Corporate Development.

The company is also pleased to announce that Mr Gary Goetzke will join the ImpediMed Board as a non-executive Director, effective 8[th] August 2016.

Mr Goetzke has spent 15 years in senior management positions of three medical device companies where he lead efforts in pursuing global coverage and payment policy for a variety of medical device therapies in the areas of cardiology, neurology, urology, pelvic health, wound care, orthopedics, ENT, and sleep.

Dr Cherrell Hirst, Chair of ImpediMed said the Board and executive appointments bring another dimension of US medical device and financial experience to ImpediMed.
